Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců v oblasti informačních technologií. Pro zajištění spokojených a motivovaných zaměstnanců a tím i udržení nízké míry fluktuace, je důležité pro zaměstnavatele, aby správně nastavil motivační a odměňovací systémy.
