The diploma thesis deals with the issue of interferences of the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic with human rights and freedoms. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the interferences with fundamental human rights and freedoms by the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic, and then define the legal authorization to them.
