V diplomové práci je provedena strategická a finanční analýza, vytvořen finanční plán, a také je provedeno ocenění akciové společnosti Tržiště, která provozuje dva hotely v historickém centru hlavního města Prahy. The master thesis is focused on strategic analysis, financial analysis, financial plan, as well as is focused on the valuation of the company Tržiště, which operates two hotels in the historical centre of the capital city of Prague.
