The functioning of school clubs from the perspective of teaching practice of an educator

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Fungování školní družiny z pohledu pedagogické praxe vychovatelky“ se zabývá současným prostředím školní družiny a zkušenostmi vychovatelek, v ní působících. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na představení základních pojmů diplomové práce, kterými jsou volný čas ve vztahu k výchově, školní družina, podmínky její činnosti a účastníci školní družiny. Poslední kapitolu této části tvoří teoretická východiska výchovy v kontextu soudobých teorií. Empirická část postihuje kvalitativní výzkum. Ve výzkumném šetření jsou analyzovány zkušenosti vychovatelek s jejich profesí ve školní družině. Jsou zpracovány pomocí interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy (IPA). Cílem práce je přiblížit problematiku prostředí školní družiny, neboť i v dnešní době je stále vnímána společností povrchně, pouze jako státní instituce, která má sloužit především k „pohlídání“ dětí v době po vyučování.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis „The functioning of school clubs from the perspective of teaching practice of an educator“ concerns the environment of school clubs and experience of educators who work there. The work is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part focuses on the presentation of the basic concepts of the thesis, namely leisure in relation to education and school club, conditions of their activities and participants of the school clubs. The last chapter of the theoretical part consists of theoretical base of education in the context of contemporary theories. The empirical part involves qualitative research. The research survey analyzed experience of educators in a school club with their profession. This experience are processed by the interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA). The aim is to familiarize the reader with the environment of school clubs because even today, it is still only superficially perceived as a state institution, which is intended primarily for babysitting.
