Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na uživatelské přijetí informační technologie v oblasti znalostního managementu sportovní organizace zkoumané na pozadí modelu uživatelského přijetí. V práci je vymezen znalostní management spolu se souvisejícími pojmy, sportovní prostředí se svými specifiky a model uživatelského přijetí včetně jeho vývoje a úprav pro znalostní management. Na základě poznatků jsou navrženy faktory uživatelského přijetí, které jsou následně zkoumány. V závěru práce jsou faktory s výrazným vlivem potvrzeny a interpretovány včetně implikací pro praxi.

Abstract:

This master thesis focuses on user technology acceptance in the field of knowledge management in a sport organization. There is a definition and an exploration of knowledge management and related terms, sport environment with its special needs and Technology Acceptance Model including its development and modifications for the field od knowledge management. Based on the review, factors of user technology acceptance are proposed and followingly explored and analysed. This thesis results in a confirmation of some of these factors and interpretation of these factors including implications for practice.
