Abstract:
Rozpočtování a plánovaní jako nástroj řízení podniku. Práce se ve své teoretické části zabývá zpracováním názorů jednotlivých autorů k finančnímu plánování a rozpočtování. Vymezuje základní pojmy plán a rozpočet, stanovuje jejich úlohu v podnikovém řízení a popisuje přístupy autorů k tvorbě finančního plánu a podnikových rozpočtů. Abstract:
Plans and Budgets as management instruments. This thesis is aimed at working up on particular writerss opinions regarding financial planning and the budget procedure. The thesis limits basic conceptions Budget and Plan and establishes their task in the business management. Acquired knowledges are applied for rating the creating plans and budget systems in the AstraZeneca Czech Republic s.r.o.
