Cílem bakalářské práce je vymezit základní postavení neziskové organizace, konkrétně spolku, ve veřejném sektoru a ve veřejných financí. Práce by měla vysvětlit, zda lze považovat spolek za veřejný statek a jaké mají z tohoto statusu zvýhodnění. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to define the basic position of the non-profit organization, specifically the association, in the public sector and in the public finance. This work should explain, whether the association can be considered as the public good and what advantages it has due to this status.
