Integration of a pupil with physical disability to the educational system in France

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Integrace žáka s tělesným postižením do školského systému ve Francii analyzuje problematiku začlenění žáka s tělesným postižením do běžného školství. V první kapitole popisuje vedle systému vzdělávání pro běžného žáka i školství speciální. Druhá kapitola se věnuje pojmu integrace, ukazuje celkový historický vývoj i současné moderní přístupy. Praktickou část tvoří třetí kapitola, která obsahuje popis činnosti ústavu sociální péče v Toulouse, kazuistiku integrovaného žáka s tělesným postižením a na závěr úryvek rozhovoru s odborníkem na školní adaptaci na téma: Jak se změnila situace od vydání zákona o rovnosti práv a příležitostí z roku 2005.

Abstract:

The bachalor thesis 'Integration of Physically Disabled Pupil to the Educational System in France' analyses the issue of including a physically disabled pupil in a regular school. The first chapter determines both regular school system and special needs education. Second chapter is focused on the idea of inclusion, it presents the overall historical development and also modern up-to-date approaches. The practical part includes the third chapter which introduces a particular institution of social service in Toulouse. Next, there is a case report of a physically disabled pupil in inclusion and the ending contains of an interview with a director of office for school adaptation who has evaluated the following 4 years since a new law about equal rights and opportunity was issued.
