Oral comprehension in class of FLE

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the oral comprehension in class of French as a foreign language. Principal research question is to find out the actual standards of education of French listening comprehension at grammar school. This is done by a questionnaire investigation. Another objective of this thesis is to analyse five modern teaching materials from the perspective of oral comprehension that are based on the CEFRL scale (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) for beginner and elementary level. Then to deduce from collected statistical data which teaching material contains most of the oral comprehension activities and which type of exercise is the most common. The last practical part suggests the conception of education of oral comprehension based on analyse of audio and video documents, teaching materials etc. The aim is to introduce our own activities oriented on listening comprehension. It corresponds to the levels A1-B1 of CEFRL.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na porozumění mluvenému projevu v hodině francouzštiny jako cizího jazyka. Hlavní výzkumnou otázkou práce je zjistit na základě dotazníkového šetření současné standardy výuky poslechu francouzštiny a jeho porozumění na českých gymnáziích. Dalším cílem je analyzovat první díly současných učebních materiálů z hlediska této jazykové dovednosti, které jsou určeny pro začátečníky a mírně pokročilí. Na základě statistického zpracování dat můžeme vyvodit, který z prostudovaných materiálů využívá nejvíce cvičení orientovaných na poslech s porozuměním francouzštiny jako cizího jazyka a zjistit o jaký typ cvičení se jedná. Závěr praktické části práce předkládá koncepci výuky, která vychází z audio a video dokumentů, z analýz učebnicových materiálů, atd. Cílem je představit vlastní aktivity zaměřené na poslech francouzštiny s porozuměním odpovídající úrovním A1-B1 dle společného Evropského referenčního rámce pro jazyky.
