Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem přijímání pracovníků. Cílem práce je tento proces popsat a analyzovat jej v hotelech Hilton Prague a Mandarin Oriental. Na základě provedené analýzy jsem navrhl řešení pro zlepšení procesu přijímání pracovníků. Tyto návrhy a doporučení se týkají obou hotelů. This thesis examines the process of the recruitment. The aim of this work is to describe the process and analyze it in Hilton Prague hotel and Mandarin Oriental Prague hotel. Based on the analysis I have proposed solutions to improve the proces of recruitment. These proposals and recommendations concering both hotels.
