Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je problematika psychologické funkce obalu a rozhodování spotřebitele. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na rozbor psychologických aspektů, které vstupují do zákaznického chování. V souvislosti s obalem je analyzována také teorie barev. Praktická část na základě dotazníkového šetření vysvětluje, jak spotřebitelé vnímají jednotlivé výrobky, respektive jejich obaly. Abstract:
The subject of the thesis is the issue of psychological function of packaging and consumer decision-making. The theoretical part focuses on the analysis of psychological aspects that enter into customer behavior. Color theory is also analyzed in relation to packaging.
