Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá komparáciou hypotekárnych úverov v SR a zorientovaním v danej zložitosti. Prvá kapitola približuje doterajší vývoj bankovníctva, súčasný vývoj bankovníctva a úlohy banky v podmienkach SR.
