Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zpracování studie proveditelnosti plánovaného investičního záměru a jejím cílem je vyhodnocení efektivity tohoto záměru. V teoretické části práce je obecně popsáno řízení projektů a obecný postup zpracování studie proveditelnosti. Celá teoretická část je napsána dle dostupných literárních zdrojů, které se tímto tématem zabývají. V části praktické je představena společnost a její investiční záměr. Dále je zde podle obecného postupu zpracování studie uvedeného v teoretické části zpracovaná kompletní studie proveditelnosti pro konkrétní investiční záměr a její vyhodnocení.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on elaboration of the feasibility study of the intended investment plan and its objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of this intention. In the theoretical part of the thesis the management of the project and general procedure of the elaboration of the feasibility study is generally described. The whole theoretical part is written according to the available literary sources, which deal with this theme. In the practical part the company and its investment plan is introduced. Furthermore, according to the common procedure of the study elaboration, described in the theoretical part, the complete feasibility study for the particular investment plan and its evaluation is represented.
