Legal Regulation of the Assisted Reproduction
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá právní úpravou asistované reprodukce. Nejdříve je pojednáno o právních podmínkách vykonávání asistované reprodukce. Další část je věnována řešení statusových otázek narozeného dítěte, tedy určováním mateřství a otcovství. Samostatná kapitola je pak věnována institutu surogačního mateřství.
Abstract:
The Thesis occupies by legal regulation of the assisted reproduction. The first part, reffering to the legal conditions of practising assisted reproduction. The latter major topic, concerning the legal status of children conceived by in vitro fertilization or, in other words, the acknowledgement of maternity and paternity towards these children.
