Evaluation of the availability of the service from the point of view of the inhabitants of the socially excluded locality Předlice

Abstract:

Úvod práce je věnován teoretickému ukotvení témat jako sociální vyloučení, dimenze sociálního vyloučení a sociálně vyloučené lokality. Poté následuje charakteristika města Ústí nad Labem, sociálního vyloučení ve městě a jednotlivých vyloučených lokalit, které se zde nacházejí. V další kapitole je charakterizována lokalita Předlice, její historie, současnost, typické znaky vyloučení a služby, které zde můžeme najít. Následující kapitoly jsou věnovány metodě výzkumnému šetření a charakteristice výzkumného vzorku. V poslední kapitole autor interpretuje výsledky kvantitativního výzkumného šetření. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat hodnocení dostupnosti služeb z pohledu obyvatel sociálně vyloučené lokality Předlice. Výzkum obsahuje nejen hodnocení služeb, ale také hodnocení celkové spokojenosti života v lokalitě, pocitu bezpečnosti, vnímání čistoty dané lokality a subjektivní pohled na pozitiva a negativa lokality.

Abstract:

The introduction of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the theoretical anchoring of topics such as social exclusion, dimensions of social exclusion and socially excluded localities. This is followed by a characteristic of the city of Ústí nad Labem, social exclusion in the city and individual excluded localities located here. In the next chapter, the location of Předlice is characterized, its history, present, typical signs of exclusion and services that can be found here. The following chapters are devoted to the research method and the characteristics of the research sample. In the last chapter the author interprets the results of the quantitative research. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to map the assessment of the availability of services from the point of view of the residents of the socially excluded locality of Předlice. The research includes not only the assessment of services, but also the assessment of overall satisfaction with life in the locality, the feeling of safety, the perception of the cleanliness of the given locality and a subjective view of the positives and negatives of the locality.
