Tématem bakalářské práce je motivace a spokojenost zaměstnanců v KS-Europe s.r.o. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit motivaci a spokojenost zaměstnanců ve zvolené organizaci a navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení v dané oblasti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the motivation and satisfaction of employees at KS-Europe s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate motivation and satisfaction of employees at selected organization and suggest measures to improve the area.
