Court Control over the Political Parties
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá soudní kontrolou činnosti politických stran. Nejprve je definován pojem „politická strana“, následně je analyzována stávající právní úprava činnosti politických stran a možnosti soudní kontroly. Výsledky této kontroly jsou demonstrovány na judikatuře soudů. V závěru je zhodnocen význam soudní kontroly činnosti politických stran.
Abstract:
The diploma work is devoted to the judicial control of the activities of the political parties. Firstly the concept of political party is defined. Subsequently the current legal regulations of the political parties´ activities and options of judicial control are analyzed.
