Relationship of employee to company and its target Airport Prague

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá vztahem zaměstnanců vůči firmě – Letiště Praha a aspekty, kterými je tento vztah ovlivněn. První část bakalářské práce seznamuje s daným tématem z teoretické stránky. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé faktory, které ovlivňují tento vztah, existují sice odděleně, ale ve finále se vzájemně prolínají a ovlivňují. Druhá část práce se zabývá reálnou situací ve firmě Letiště Praha v období změny jejího vlastníka. Cílem je analýza vztahu zaměstnanců vůči jejich zaměstnavateli. Určit faktory, které jej negativně ovlivňují. Zjistit, jak je tento vztah ovlivněn prodejem podniku a zda zaměstnanci znají cíle svého zaměstnavatele. Základními použitými metodami bylo zúčastněné pozorování, shromáždění a zpracování již existujících písemných pramenů o firmě a provedení výzkumné sondy u 1% zaměstnanců firmy formou řízeného rozhovoru.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the relation between the employees and the firm – Airport Prague and all the aspects of which this relation can be influenced. The first part of my bachelor thesis deals with the topic from a theoretical point of view. Single factors that influence this relationship are described. They exist separately but in the end they blend together and influence each other. The other part of my thesis is concerned with the real situation in the firm Airport Prague at the time of the change of owner in this year. The aim is to make analysis of the relationship between the employees and the employer, to determine the factors which influence it negatively, to find out how this relation is influenced by the selling of an enterprise and if the employees know the aim of their management. The basic methods were watching, collecting and processing already existing written documents about the firm, carrying out the research sample with 1% of the employees in the form of guided interview.
