Magisterská diplomová práce je zaměřena na self-efficacy vychovatelů v dětském diagnostickém ústavu. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak vychovatelé v dětském diagnostickém ústavu nahlíží na svou self-efficacy v rámci čtyř hlavních pracovních činností (výchovně vzdělávací, zájmové, preventivní a diagnostické). The master’s thesis is focused on self-efficacy of educators in a Children's diagnostic institute. The aim of thesis is to determine how educators in a Children's diagnostic institute view their self-efficacy within the framework of four main work activities (educational, leisure, preventive and diagnostic).
