Autor: Bc. Petr Křivánek Název: Návrh optimalizace kapitálové struktury firmy STAP a.s. Práce je zaměřena na návrh optimalizace kapitálové struktury podniku STAP a.s. Nejprve je pomocí finanční analýzy a analýz prostředí firmy zjišťován aktuální stav ve firmě. Následně je pomocí teorií kapitálové struktury navrhována optimalizace.
