Abstract:
Teoreticko-průzkumná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hodnocení spokojenosti v průběhu hospitalizace očima dětí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu kvality péče, její metody pro měření a hodnocení kvality, techniky pro sledování spokojenosti pacientů.
