Analysis of the Training System in the Company “Vienna House”

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému vzdělávání ve společnosti Vienna House. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat společnost Vienna House jako zaměstnavatele, provést výzkum v podobě dotazníkového šetření mezi bývalými a současnými zaměstnanci této společnosti a zjistit, zda jsou spokojeni se systémem vzdělávání, a dále provést expertní rozhovor s regionální HR manažerkou hotelu Anděľs by Vienna House Prague a analyzovat výsledky. Vyhodnocení výsledků je provedeno pomocí SWOT analýzy. Silné stránky, slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby vzdělávacího systému jsou rozebrány ve SWOT analýze. Práce je rozdělenana dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. V první části jsou vysvětleny takové teoretické aspekty, jako učení, vzdělávání, motivace, školení a tréninky. Ve druhé časti jsou popsány výsledky dotazníkového šetření a expertního rozhovoru. Přínosem této práce je návrh opatření, která budou přispívat ke zlepšení současnému systému vzdělávání ve společnosti Vienna House.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the education system in Vienna House. The goal of the thesis is to describe Vienna House as an employer and to carry out a research in the form of a questionnaire survey among former and current employees of this company, and also to find out, whether they are satisfied with the training system. Additionally, there was an aim to conduct an expert interview with the regional HR manager of the hotel Anděľs by Vienna House Prague and to analyse results. The analysis of results is done with the help of the SWOT analysis. The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the training system are revealed in the SWOT analysis. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. In the first part such theoretical aspects as learning, education, motivation, training are explained. The second part describes results of the questionnaire survey and the expert interview. The contribution of this thesis is to propose measures that will contribute to the current training system in Vienna House.
