Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o produktech pozdní glykace aminocukrů, což zahrnuje definici AGEs, jejich vznik, metabolismus, účinky na zdraví a možnosti jejich inhibice. Součástí práce je i praktická část, ve které byla zjišťována informovanost cílové populace na téma AGEs a zda je příjem AGEs z vybraných endogenních zdrojů pro tuto populaci mužů a žen významný.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis discusses about advanced glycation end products of aminosugars, which includes the definition of AGEs, their formation, metabolism, health effects and possibilities of their inhibition.
