This diploma thesis deals with the identification of the effect of e-commerce and relevant influenced factors in the case of manufacturing Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). The observation is specified mainly for SMEs as such, for Slo-vak SMEs, and partially for SMEs from EU countries.
