Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na studium disoluční kinetiky hydrofilních matricových tablet s tramadol hydrochloridem jako účinnou látkou. Dále se zabývá ověřením homogenity připravených tablet pomocí metody SEM (skenovací elektronová mikroskopie). This master thesis is focused on the study of dissolution kinetics of hydrophilic matrix tablets with tramadol hydrochloride as active substance. Further, it deals with the verification of homogeneity of prepared tablets by SEM (scanning electron microscopy).
