Evaluation of Employee Satisfaction in Haas Profile Ltd.
Abstract:
V diplomové práci se budu zabývat analýzou spokojenosti zaměstnanců v podniku Haas Profile s.r.o. Diplomová práce bude rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. Ve druhé části provedu dotazníkové šetření a na základě zjištěných výsledků navrhnu doporučení, která povedou k případnému zlepšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců v podniku Haas Profile s.r.o.
Abstract:
In my work I deal with the analysis of employee satisfaction in the enterprise Haas Profile s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. In the second part, do a survey and based on the observed results suggest recommendations that will lead to any improvement in employee satisfaction in the enterprise Haas Profile s.r.o.
