Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematiku zákaznického servisu. Význam této oblasti ve fungování firem v posledních letech narůstá. V aplikační části práce je provedena analýza vývoje zákaznického servisu společnosti T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. v letech 1996 – 2010.
