Cílem diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty Zlínských staveb, a. s. k 1. 1. 2011 pomocí výnosových metod oceňování. Práce je koncipována do dvou částí. Obsahem první, teore-tické části je literární rešerše spočívající v objasnění základních pojmů z hlediska oceňování podniku, vymezení metod oceňování a taktéž zahrnuje popis jednotlivých kroků při oce-ňování podniku.
