Abstract:

Diplomová práce zkoumá optimální podobu pojistného produktu pojištění dlouhodobé péče. Individuální rozhovory zjistily vysoký zájem o případné sjednání pojistného produktu v produktivním věku, a to formou samostatného pojistného produktu i hybridní variantou. Pojistný produkt by měl krýt II., III. a IV. stupeň závislosti na péči, s možností výběru preferované formy péče. Výše pojistného plnění se odvíjí od sjednaného věku a typu preferované péče a pohybuje se v rozmezí od 5000-20 000 CZK s preferovanou možností stupňování renty v případě zhoršení zdravotního stavu. Z odpovědí respondentů plyne vysoká riziková averze, která se projevila ve stanovení výše pojistného v rozmezí 150-2000 CZK v závislosti na věku a na výši měsíčního příjmu. Respondenti nejčastěji zvažují doplňkové služby upravující výši pojistného, zvyšující kvalitu dlouhodobé péče a zajišťující doživotní rentu. Výsledná podoba pojistného produktu kombinuje vybrané hodnoty ze zpracovaných nabídek pojištění z tuzemského a zahraničního pojistného trhu.

Abstract:

The thesis examines the optimal form of a long-term care insurance product. Individual interviews found a high level of interest in the possible negotiation in a working age insurance product, both in the form of a stand-alone insurance product and a hybrid option. The insurance product should cover Level II, III and IV care dependency, with the option to choose the preferred form of care. The amount of the insurance benefit depends on the agreed age and the type of preferred care and ranges from CZK 5,000-20,000 with a preferred option to increase the annuity in the event of deterioration of health. The answers of the respondents show a high risk aversion, which was reflected in the setting of premiums in the range of CZK 150-2000 depending on age and monthly income. Respondents most often consider supplementary services adjusting the amount of insurance premium, improving the quality of long-term care and providing a lifetime annuity. The resulting form of the insurance product combines selected values from processed insurance offers from the domestic and foreign insurance market.
