Abstract:
Bakalářská práce „Návrh komunikační kampaně“ se zabývá problematikou tvorby účinné komunikační kampaně. První část je popisem a komparací dosavadních poznatků z oblastí marketingové komunikace a náborového procesu v organizaci. Druhou část pak tvoří analýza prostředí a následná tvorba konkrétního návrhu komunikační kampaně pro účely náboru nových členů do studentské organizace.Abstract:
Bachelor thesis “Designing a communication campaign” revolves around problematics of creating an effective communication campaign. The first part is focused on description and comparision of recent findings on the topics of marketing communication and recruiting process.
