Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Souvislosti finanční struktury a výkonnosti podniku“ je analýza vazeb mezi výkonností a finanční strukturou. Teoretická část práce si klade za cíl nejen vymezit pojem výkonnost a charakterizovat elementární i moderní metody vhodné pro její měření, ale také přiblížit čtenáři teorii týkající se finanční struktury a její optimalizace. V praktické části jsou aplikovány zvolené metody na konkrétní podnik, přičemž je při hodnocení jeho výkonnosti a zároveň celkové finanční situace kladen zvláštní důraz na finanční strukturu. Závěrečné kapitoly jsou věnovány komplexnímu zhodnocení a shrnutí dosažených výsledků.

Abstract:

The subject of my Master's thesis "The Relationship between the Financial Structure and Business Performance" is an analysis of the relation between productivity and financial structure. The theoretical part of this thesis aims not only to define the term productivity, to describe fundamental and modern methods convenient for its quantification, but also to explain the theory concerning the financial structure and its optimization. In the practical part, the chosen methods are applied in a specific company with emphasis on the financial structure when evaluating its performance and financial situation in general. The conclusion concentrates on comprehensive evaluation and summary of the results attained.
