THE ROLE OF MOTIVATION IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na postavení motivaci v řízení lidských zdrojů. Stručně popisuje historický vývoj řízení lidských zdrojů, důležité teoretické poznatky vztahující se k motivaci a poté porovnáná jak americké a české firmy přistupují k svým zaměstnancům, především se zaměřuje na způsoby stimulování pracovního výkonu zaměstnanců, které firmy v obou zemích využívají.Abstract:
This paper focuses on the role of motivation within Human Resource Management activities.It briefly discribes historical development of HRM, the important theoretical findings dealing with motivation and than compares how American and Czech companies treat their employees with focus on ways companies use to enhance their performance in both countries.
