The Specifics of Formal and Content Analysis of Scenotest of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Specifika formální a obsahové analýzy Scénotestu u dětí s poruchami autistického spektra je rozdělena do dvou částí, přičemž první část představuje teoretické východisko části empirické, která na ni navazuje. Úvodní kapitoly teoretické části shrnují základní poznatky týkající se poruch autistického spektra, zvláštní pozornost je věnována popisu oblastí tzv. autistické triády poškození a nespecifických symptomů autismu. Součástí těchto kapitol je přehled jednotlivých pervazivních poruch a jejich diagnostických kritérií. Následující kapitoly jsou věnovány lidské hře a využití hrové činnosti v rámci tzv. terapie hrou. V závěru teoretické části je podrobně popsán Scénotest, který byl klíčovou metodou našeho výzkumného šetření. V empirické části práce jsou představeny výsledky výzkumného šetření, jehož cílem bylo stanovit specifika formální a obsahové analýzy Scénotestu vzhledem k přítomnosti poruchy autistického spektra. Scénotestové stavby patnácti dětí s diagnostikovanou pervazivní vývojovou poruchou a patnácti dětí bez této poruchy byly popsány pomocí popisné statistiky a analyzovány z formálního a obsahového hlediska, pokusili jsem se také o analýzu chování dětí během testové situace. Výsledná data jsme porovnali, zjištěná specifika jsme shrnuli v závěru empirické části a pokusili se o jejich interpretaci.

Abstract:

The subject of diploma thesis is The Specifics of Formal and Content Analysis of Scenotest of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. This thesis is divided into two parts, first part represents a theoretical groundword for following practical part. Opening chapters of the theoretical part summarize basic knowledge of autism spectrum disorders. Special attention is focused on the autistic triade of damaged areas and non-specific symptoms. Part of this chapters is summary of pervasive developmental disorders and their diagnostic criterions, the most common diagnostic methods are also mentioned. We roughly outline on suspected causes of autism spectrum disorders and possibilities of therapeutic intervention. Human game and its utilization in play therapy are themes of next chapters. Theoretical part is ended by chapter focused on description of Scenotest, the base method of our research. Practical part of our diploma thesis resumes the results of our research survey. In our research we attempted to set the specifics of formal and content analysis of the Scenotest of children with autism spectrum disorders. The scenes of the research and control group were analyzed and we also tried to analyze children behavior during administration. All acquired data were qualitatively processed by means of descriptive statistics. We compared data of both groups and found certain specifics, which we finally tried to interpret.
