Abstract:
Bakalářská práce "Ochrana osobních údajů a veřejná správa" poskytuje náhled na základní lidské právo, kterým je ochrana osobních údajů a to ve vztahu k veřejné správě. Zabývá se otázku zpřístupňování informací ve veřejné správě - "Princip publicity" vs. "Princip diskrétnosti", včetně ústavního základu a příslušných právních úprav.
Abstract:
The Bachelor work "Personal Data Protection and Public Administration" offers a view of the fundamental human labour which is the protection of personal data in relation to public administration.
