Diplomová práce nese název „Péče o zaměstnance“. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat nejdůležitější formy zákonné a dobrovolné péče o zaměstnance a zhodnotit, zda je právní úprava zákoníku práce dostatečná nebo existuje prostor pro její zlepšení. The main goal of this thesis is to analyze the most important forms of legal and voluntary care of employees and to evaluate if the legislation of Labour Code is sufficient or if there is room for improvement.
