Abstract:
Španělsko se ujalo úlohy předsedajícího státu Rady Evropské unie v první polovině roku 2010 ve velmi složité situaci. Stalo se totiž prvním státem ve vedení po přijetí Lisabonské smlouvy a navíc v době, kdy Evropu sužovala hospodářská a ekonomická krize. Spain held the post of presidency of Council of the European Union in the first half of 2010 in a really complicated situation.
