Cílem předložené práce je seznámení se s problematikou úrovně vzdělávání pracovníků v sociálních službách a podmínkách, jež jsou na ně v rámci jejich profese kladeny. Smyslem práce je zmapovat systém vzdělávání v sociálních službách nejen s ohledem na jejich potřeby, ale také požadavky ze strany legislativního ukotvení.
