The dissertation thesis focuses on compiling monitored parameters for a general methodology (economic model) that will enable comprehensive monitoring of the cost of decubitus (pressure ulcer/injury) in hospitalized patients usable in clinical practice for inpatient health care providers at the national level in the Czech Republic.
