Development co-operation and non-governmental organizations ( in Czech Republic and Portugal)
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem rozvojové spolupráce v ČR a v Portugalsku, snáží se o porovnání dopadu členství v EU na systém rozvojové spolupráce, odpovídá na otázku existuje li konvergence rozvojových politik a teritoriálních priorit. Dále pak analyzuje postavení NNO ve dvou zemích, v něčem odlišných, v něčem podobných, zkoumá v jaké míře NNO mohou ovlivňovat rozvojovou politiku státu.
Abstract:
The thesis describes the evolution of development co-operation in CR and Portugal, compares impacts of the membership in the EU on the development co-operation systems, answers the question if there is any convergence between development policies and territorial priorities. Further analyses position of NGOs in two countries and their possibility to influence development policy of the government.
