Diplomová práce poskytuje ucelený pohled na právní úpravu sportu v České republice s důrazem na problematiku spojenou s právním postavením profesionálních sportovců ledního hokeje. Cílem bylo zhodnotit právní postavení sportovce v kontextu občanskoprávní a pracovněprávní roviny. The diploma thesis provides a comprehensive view of the legal regulation of sports in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on issues related to the legal status of professional ice hockey athletes. The goal was to evaluate the legal status of the athlete in the context of civil law and labor law.
