Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou home office v období koronaviru. Teoretická část popisuje právní úpravu home office v České republice, podmínky mezi zaměstnancem a za-městnavatelem, politiku bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na home office a jeho výhody a nevýhody. Dále teoretická část objasňuje situaci ohledně koronavirové pandemie v České re-publice. Praktická část rozebírá výsledky vlastního šetření, které byly získány z dotazníkového šetření mezi lidmi na home office a z individuálních anonymních rozhovorů s vybranými re-spondenty. Na základě těchto výsledků byla vytvořena doporučení pro zaměstnance a zaměst-navatele pro udržitelný a efektivní dlouhodobý home office.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of home office in the period of coronavirus pandemic. The theoretical part describes the legal regulation of home office in the Czech Republic, the established conditions between employee and employer, the policy of occupational health and safety at home office and its advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the clarification of the situation regarding the coronavirus pandemic in the Czech Republic. The practical part analyses the results of my own survey, which were obtained from a questionnaire survey among people working from home and from individual anonymous in-terviews with selected respondents. Based on these results, recommendations were created for employees and employers for a sustainable and efficient long-term home office.
