Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem organizační kultura a konkrétně se zaměřuje na energetickou společnost ŠKO-ENERGO, s. r. o. Cílem je analyzovat vnímání prvků organizační kultury ve zkoumané společnosti ze strany zaměstnanců a porovnat tyto dílčí prvky se záměry a vnímáním vedoucích pracovníků. This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of organizational culture and specifically focuses on the energy company ŠKO-ENERGO, s. r. o.
