Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu spokojenosti zákazníků s vybraným podnikem služeb, s cílem určit míru spokojenosti zákazníků a poté navrhnout vhodná opatření pro zvýšení kvality služeb. Abstract:
This Bachelor’s thesis focuses on the analysis of customer satisfaction in the selected store. The goal is to define the level of customer satisfction and then suggest improvements to increase the quality of customer service. This thesis is structured in two parts, theoretical and applicable.
