Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice využití úkolově orientovaného přístupu při práci s klientkami azylových domů pro ženy a matky s dětmi. V teoretické analýze uvedené problematiky se zabývám pěti oblastmi. Jelikož považuji za důležité problematiku osamělých žen a matek ukotvit v širším kontextu, zabývám se v první části rodinou, jako základní společenskou jednotkou, a jejím vývojem. Dále popisuji různé pohledy na rodinu a funkčnost rodiny. Druhá kapitola teoretické části je věnovaná postavení ženy v neúplné rodině, její roli osamělé matky a výchově dítěte v neúplné rodině z psychologického hlediska. Dále zde hovořím o ekonomických důsledcích neúplné rodiny. Ve třetí části se zabývám výchovným prostředím klientek azylových domů, a to především ústavní výchovou, jejími nedostatky a pozdějšími dopady na řešení životních krizí. Čtvrtá kapitola pojednává o úkolově orientovaném přístupu. Popisuji zde vznik a vývoj této teorie, její principy a základní kroky intervenčního procesu využívajícího tento přístup. Pozornost věnuji také překážkám a ukončení, popř. prodloužení spolupráce mezi klientem a odborníkem. Na závěr této kapitoly hovořím o efektivitě a užitečnosti tohoto modelu a o charakteristice individuálního plánování v azylových domech. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické části pojednává o Armádě spásy- občanském sdružení, které mj. zřizuje azylové domy pro ženy a matky s dětmi. Stručně se věnuji vzniku a vývoji této organizace, její současné struktuře a činnosti v České republice. Popisuji také obecnou činnost azylových domů zřizovaných Armádou spásy. Praktická část je věnovaná výzkumu, který je zaměřen na individuální plánování klientek azylových domů pro ženy a matky s dětmi. V této části jsou prezentovány cíle, metoda a výsledky kvantitativního šetření, které bylo provedeno na souboru 80 klientek azylových domů Moravskoslezského kraje. Jako výzkumnou metodu jsem ke sběru dat použila dotazník vlastní konstrukce. Analyzovala jsem subjektivní vnímání životní situace klientek, jejich životní strategie a cíle a rozdíly v těchto oblastech mezi klientkami pocházejícími z rodinné a ústavní výchovy. V rámci těchto cílů jsem tedy chtěla zjistit, zda-li má rozdílné výchovné prostředí vliv na pozdější přístup klientek jednak ke svému životu a jeho budoucímu vývoji, ale také na spolupráci na individuálním plánování.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the problems of using task-centered approach in working with clients of shelters for women and mothers with children. In the theoretical analysis I deal with five areas. As I consider important issues of single women anchored in a broader context, in the first part I deal with the family, as the basic social unit, and its development. Further I describe a sociological and psychological view on family and functionality of the family. The second theoretical chapter is devoted to the woman?s status in incomplete family, her role as a single mother and children?s education in incomplete family from a psychological view. Then I talk about implications of incomplete family. In the third part I deal with the educational environment of the clients of inpatient care, especially institutional education, its shortcomings and later impacts on solving life's crises. The fourth chapter deals with the task-centrered approach. I describe the beginning and development of the theory, its principles and basic steps of the intervention process, using this approach. I deal with the barriers and end of the intervention process, eventually extension of the cooperation between client and expert. At the end of this chapter I talk about the effectiveness and usefulness of this model and the ratings of individual planning in shelters. The final chapter of the theoretical part discusses about the Salvation Army, civil society organization, which establishes shelters for women and mothers with children. I briefly present the beginning and development of this organization, its current structure and activity in the Czech Republic. I describe the general activity of shelters set up by the Salvation Army. The practical part is devoted to research, which focuses on individual planning clients of shelters for women and mothers with children. This section presents the goals, methods and results of a quantitative investigation that was done in group of 80 clients of shelters in Moravskoslezský Region. As a research method of collecting data I used own made questionnaire. I analyzed the subjective view of the life situation of clients, their life strategies and goals and differences in these areas between clients coming from a familiar and institutional educational environment. Within these goals I wanted to find out whether the different educational environment has the influence on later access of clients to their life and its future development, but also on cooperation on individual planning in the shelter.
