Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním srozumitelnosti v právu leteckých provozů jakožto pododvětví práva civilního letectví. This diploma thesis deals with studying of comprehensibility in the air operations law as a subsector of civil aviation law. In the introductory part, it summarizes the legal regulation of the area and then discusses the issue of comprehensibility in law, with an emphasis on its systematic side and the role of the addressee in it.
