Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sociální politiky, přičemž se věnuje jejím principům a možným přístupům, které uplatňuje Česká republika a další státy. Poté se zaměřuje na trh práce, konkrétně na nezaměstnanost, její druhy a také na možnosti řešení v rámci státní politiky zaměstnanosti, která zahrnuje též podporu v nezaměstnanosti. The thesis devotes to social policy, where it deals with the principles and possible approaches that the Czech Republic and other countries use. Then it focuses on the labor market, specifically unemployment, its species and possible solutions within the state employment policy, which also comprise unemployment compensation.
