Abstract:
Diplomová práce na téma „CSR jako konkurenční výhoda společnosti“ je zaměřena na analýzu optimálního modelu CRS, což pomáhá analyzované společnosti být konkurenceschopnou na trhu a efektivněji a strategičtěji řídit její CSR aktivity. Metody, které se používají v praktické části tohoto výzkumu, jsou SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces a PESTLE analysis.
Abstract:
The Diploma Thesis on topic “CSR as a competitive advantage of a company” is focused on the analysis of an optimal CRS model, helping the analyzed company to be competitive on the market and to manage its CSR activities more effectively and strategically. Methods that are used in the practical part of this research are SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces and PESTLE analysis.
