Abstract:

Závěrečná práce se zabývá problematikou řízení vztahů se zákazníky v leasingové společnosti, a to od uvedení důvodů, proč je důležité pro fungování leasingové společnosti a její pozitivní vývoj do budoucna mít zaveden systém řízení vztahů s klíčovými zákazníky, je popsána situace v leasingovém odvětví a zároveň princip obchodování leasingové společnosti, její spolupráce s dodavateli a poskytované finanční produkty. Součástí práce je dále komparace teoretických poznatků s aktuální situací v řízení vztahů s klíčovými zákazníky ve vybrané společnosti až po návrh souboru doporučení pro implementaci efektivního řešení řízení vztahů s klíčovými zákazníky.

Abstract:

The bachelor‘s thesis deals with introduction of the customer relationship management process in a leasing company, ranging from a description of reasons why it is important for leasing company operations and prosperous future development to have a key customer relationship management process established; the thesis presents an analysis of the leasing industry situation and describes the principle of leasing company business and cooperation with suppliers as well as provided financial products. The bachelor‘s thesis also involves comparison of teoretical knowledge with current situation in key customer relationship management in the selected company and a recommendation proposal for implementing an efficient solution to the key customer relationship management.
