Structure and properties of Ge\dindex{25}S\dindex{75-x}Se\dindex{x} thin films

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá syntézou amorfních chalkogenidů a přípravou jejich tenkých vrstev. Syntetizováno bylo šest skel systému Ge-S-Se a byly připraveny jejich tenké vrstvy metodou vakuového napařování. EDX analýzou bylo studováno složení deponovaných vrstev. Byl studován vliv expozice a temperace na jejich strukturu a optické vlastnosti s využitím Ramanovy a UV/VIS spektroskopie. Dále byl studován vliv prehistorie tenkých vrstev na jejich chemickou odolnost vůči alkalickým leptacím lázním.

Abstract:

This Diploma Thesis deals with preparation of amorphous chalcogenides and preparation of their thin films. Six glasses of Ge-S-Se system were synthesized and their thin films were prepared by vaccum evaporation. Composition of the deposited thin films was studied by EDX analysis. The effect of exposure and annealing on their structure and optical properties was studied by Raman and UV/VIS spectroscopy. The influence of thin films prehistory on their chemical resistence to alkaline etching baths was studied.
