Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena zejména na právní vztah mezi divákem a divadlem. V úvodní části je analyzován právní vztah, tedy dle čeho se řídí a jaká z něj vyplývají divákovi práva a povinnosti. Práce je plná konkrétních situací, ke kterým mezi divákem a divadlem dochází, či může docházet, které jsou porovnány s právními normami, které se na ně aplikují. This master’s thesis focuses primarily on the legal relationship between audience members and theatres. The introductory part analyses the legal relationship, i.e. how the relationship is governed, and which rights and obligations arise out of it in relation to audience members.
